Job Description
$32.08 - $40.10 / per hour
This role requires an on-site presence in Denver, CO, 4-5 days a week.
The Systems Administrator is responsible for developing, innovating, and maintaining technology systems and applications across Chuze Fitness and scaling current processes during times of growth. By providing active helpdesk support and acting as the primary point of contact for field and Home Office technology-related concerns, the systems administrator enhances member and staff experiences. You will also play a part in leading the Technology department by providing training and mentorship to other technicians and encouraging ongoing growth and development within the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolution to users with network connectivity, MDM solutions, software and hardware problems

Coordinate with networking vendors to plan and implement new IP schemes, firewalls, heatmaps, access points, antivirus application, and other club-related networking tasks

Assist with tech implementation in new clubs and remodels with strict adherence to standards across network and Audio/Visual disciplines and design

Actively assess current processes and procedures to identify opportunities for streamlining and automation and implement new best practices

Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems and manage user access and permissions on all devices across the organization

Monitor and maintain server, router, and switch infrastructure by performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing hardware failures

Implement information security measures by conducting vulnerability assessments, applying security patches, and providing education to users on security best practices

Coordinate with A/V and membership management vendors to resolve any back-end issues that arise in the field

Train Support Technicians by providing on-the-spot feedback and acting as an escalation point for high-level technical concerns

Create and maintain documentation of hardware and software specifications for club networks, device setup, and system configurations

Assist in monitoring system performance and escalate any anomalies to the Tech Support Lead when necessary

Qualifications
Required
-
Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO office 4-5 days a week

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field (may be supplemented with work experience)

Previous experience in IT support or as a systems administrator

Advanced networking understanding (IPs, DNS, DHCP, all layers of the OSI Model, VLAN, Port Forwarding, Network Address Translation, content filtering, etc.)

Ability to work outside business hours one week per month for field support rotation

Ability to travel to clubs to assist with tech implementation and troubleshooting as needed

Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 management, and Microsoft Intune

Proficient ability to troubleshoot Windows and Mac Operating Systems
