Key Responsibilities:

HVAC: Inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including checking for leaks, testing thermostats, and replacing filters.

Plumbing: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets. Install and repair water heaters, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.

Electrical: Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs, including replacing faulty wiring, installing new outlets, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Basic Carpentry: Handle general carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and cabinets, as well as constructing and installing shelves, countertops, and other fixtures. Perform framing, drywall installation, and other structural repairs as needed.

Painting: Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and applying primer. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces to enhance appearance and protect against wear and tear.

Drywall: Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping, mudding , and sanding to achieve a smooth, polished look. Patch holes and cracks in walls and ceilings as part of routine maintenance.

Irrigation: Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes and gardens. Troubleshoot and fix issues such as broken sprinkler heads, leaks, and malfunctioning timers.

Pools/Spas: Oversee the maintenance and repair of pools and spas, including checking water chemistry, cleaning filters, and repairing pumps and heaters. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for pool and spa operations.
