LMG Field Service Technicians are required to travel to different customer sites across the country to Install, troubleshoot, educate customers, and provide maintenance on CNC machines. When not traveling our technicians are expected to provide phone support and to work with our team on any necessary internal projects.
- Unpacking of equipment and inspection for damage and inclusion of all parts on packing list.
- Leveling, wiring and mechanical work to make equipment operational.
- Testing and confirmation of machine functionality
- Training of personnel on operation and maintenance
- Filing report while on site and getting customer “sign off” prior to departure.
- Travel to existing customers specifically for education and training.
- Travel to the factories in Europe for whom we import for education and training.
- Product training at our facility including software training specific to our products.
- We will provide support for you from our team.
- Throughout the training period you will be expected to participate in installation and trouble shooting together with our team.

- Have a drug test administered.
- Two years CNC education and/or work experience.
- Two years electrical education and/or work experience.
