The Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Leadership. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Director with the day-to-day operations of Valle del Sol’s statewide Leadership Programs. The Program Coordinator will help strategize and affect the programs' growth through logistics planning, recruitment, and program reporting.

Job qualifications
-
Associate degree, bachelor degree, or equivalent in experience in one of the following fields: communication, events management, leadership, business administration, or nonprofit management.
- Minimum of one year background in leadership development and special event management; and

Minimum of three (3) years of social media application experience; and

Graduate of a Valle del Sol Hispanic Leadership Institute program (preferred); and
-
Candidate must possess hands-on experience with program management and community relations and

Must have experience in managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Must display the ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Must have exceptional skills in communication (written and verbal) and be able to execute conflict resolution.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Windows environment

Ability to provide culturally sensitive services.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
