Large Homeowner Association in the East Valley (Ahwatukee) is looking for a Community Manager (CC&R Compliance). Ideal candidate must have significant customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Job responsibilities are summarized below.
Duties:
Perform regular property violation inspections, prepare violation letters and or communicate with homeowners via email and phone calls
Handle and respond to homeowner inquiries
Assist with answering phones and homeowner walk-ins with a variety of issues
Maintain and update homeowner files
Prepare and distribute work orders for maintenance and/or landscaping
Other duties as delegated
Qualifications:
Customer service and conflict resolution skills a must, able to address questions and concerns from homeowners with courtesy and professionalism
Ability to multi-task, proficiency in Microsoft Office a must, email, Tops software a plus
Must be a team player, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Homeowner Associations a plus
Must have a valid AZ driver's license
