Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This roll is part time for 25-30 hours a week Monday through Friday. Holiday pay, sick days and vacation days. Inquire within.
Training will be held in the Pearl River, NY office. The office will be moving to Mount Vernon, NY by end of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, intake of new clients, managing our storage clients, filing, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and data entry.
- Will be trained on a new moving platform called Super Move for handling and tracking clients.
- Demonstrate professionalism and phone etiquette in all interactions.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Google mail, Excel and Word.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced office and the ability to multi-task.
