Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The Inventory Associate will travel throughout Texas and the US to work on both Fixed Asset Management Program (FAMP) and Records Retention Program (RRP) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately scanning, counting, and barcoding assets as requested by each client. Additionally, the Inventory Associate will sort, classify, and label client records, as well as determining destruction dates. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to travel weekly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan, count, and barcode assets according to client requirements
- Sort, classify, and determine destruction dates for records
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both FAMP and RRP projects
- Receive and review daily assignments with Project Coordinator
- Perform daily and weekly quality control checks with Project Coordinator
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients on job sites
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Team Members to provide the best service and value to clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by RCI Leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- WEEKLY OVERNIGHT TRAVEL REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
