We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this commission-based role, you'll play a vital role in driving sales success within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Craft compelling sales presentations showcasing LWood Solutions' comprehensive marketing services.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and network with industry professionals to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role (marketing, advertising, or related field preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a professional level.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping businesses thrive.

- Proficiency in CRM software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
