Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Supervise and manage team members during shifts.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff.
- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure all operational procedures are followed.
- Monitor workflow and productivity.
- Address any issues that arise during the shift promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Inventory and Supplies:
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials and products.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety checks and report any hazards.
- Promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and submit shift reports.
- Communicate effectively with management and other shifts.
- Ensure that relevant information is passed on to the next shift leader.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some positions may require post-secondary education or relevant certifications.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in the relevant industry (retail, food service, manufacturing, etc.).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Customer service orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
