Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team. The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and managing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure that guests are attended to promptly.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages as needed.
Scheduling and Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Communication: Effectively communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Security: Monitor access to the office and maintain security protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
