Essential Functions:
1. General administrative duties including, but not limited to, miscellaneous administrative support, ordering of company supplies, maintaining central filing system, emailing, faxing, and copying.
2. Answer telephones in a prompt & professional manner.
3. Acting as a liaison with other administrative staff to coordinate meeting requirements.
4. Handling meeting and conference room calendar coordination, including meeting room setup and breakdown.
5. Acting as point person for any issues pertaining to all technology equipment and office space such as phone systems, copiers, HP plotter, conference room devises, and computer support with our IT provider.
6. Coordinating other ad hoc office matters as necessary.
7. Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies, kitchen food items and facilities supplies.
8. Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
9. Maintaining reception / office common areas
10. Greet and properly direct all clients and guests
11. Handling of all postal and package deliveries with tracking system.
12. Variety of other duties, as needed
