Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead BCBA to oversee and enhance our behavioral therapy services. Your role will focus on quality assurance, client placement, staffing, and supervising clinicians, alongside providing direct care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee client placement and staffing
- Supervise and mentor clinicians
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Implement behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with families and professionals
- Collect and analyze data
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in quality assurance and supervision preferred
