- Support Agent & other Team members through completing quotes on new and renewal business.
- Review annual insurance renewals for correct coverage and be able to suggest new coverage that will help clients.
- Respond to clients phone calls, e-mails, texts, inquiries as well as home office requests.
- Maintain agency management system clients electronic and ensure proper documentation, activities, etc.
- Participate in continuing education courses for insurance skills.

- Property and Casualty license preferred (must be able to obtain)
