The America’s VO/PTO Site Process Manager (SPM) is responsible for:- the First Point of Contact (FPOC) when Site Management (SM) at America’s VO/PTO plants need assistance with issue escalation and resolution - FPOC for information gathering / dissemination to/from plants, e.g. for SM strategy and implementation. The SPM is responsible for helping the sites to coordinate all IT services, including the planning, implementation and support of all IT systems and physical infrastructure. The SPM is the escalation contact for IT incidents - depending on the sites; this may include 24X7 operations and support of critical business functions. This position is a demanding, highly visible position that requires strong leadership and technical skills, and frequent off-hour, weekend, and holiday work.
The minimum requirements we seek :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+ years of technical experience in the following areas:
- Networks, PCs, servers, and relevant applications
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management with varying areas of IT, business, and vendors
Our preferred requirements :
- Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong IT background including an understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems
Manufacturing business processes competency
