Our Conroe, TX headquarters is looking for an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team! The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for seeking out and engaging customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. The individual is expected to be self-motivated, highly driven, focused, capable, and able to communicate proficiently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. The individual should also have a desire to learn and grow in industry knowledge as well as be able to critically think and proficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding fully the features and benefits of SaleQuick and the characteristics of a qualified merchant prospect
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Collaborate with various internal departments (Credit Underwriting, Sales Support, Risk, etc.) to ensure new merchant quality and obtain the necessary information for program enrollment
- Be a capable source to resolve customers’ inquiries and identify, investigate, and escalate system issues as required
- Assist and collaborate with other team members and departments to meet service level agreements
- Train and assist customers on the use of equipment and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Help merchants with understanding statement content and chargeback process
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
What does it take to work for SaleQuick?
- 2-3 years of college education or commensurate work experience preferred.
- 6+ months of industry pricing knowledge preferred.
- Able to consistently perform in a high stress environment, under substantial deadlines.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Able to thrive in a team environment.

- Desire to learn and grow in industry knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Compensation package:

- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
