Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Quality Control inspector will examine products (PC Boards) and other electronic materials for defects or deviations from specifications in the electronic industry
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards
- recommend adjustments to the assembly/production process.
- Inspect, test or measure materials or products being produced.
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Analyze test results, identify defects or deviations from standards, and recommend corrective actions
- Remove all Products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
- Report inspection and test data
- Maintain records as required.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, (PC Boards) in-process production, and finished products
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Follow established quality assurance (QA/QC) procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Electronic quality control on PC boards as well as other electronic devices
Required qualifications for Quality Control Inspector:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree in Electronics or other technical discipline preffered
Job Experience:
- 2-4 previous quality assurance experience in the electronics or power industry or equivalent is required.
