Manages the inquiries and day-to-day issues for JAMS Access and JAMSadr.com websites. Provides a quick turnaround time in order to provide the best customer service in the industry for JAMS clients. Works with many departments within JAMS to ensure the best possible solution is found for the client. Works with data quality team performing data profiling to identify and analyze the root cause of data issues; provides an action plan for remediation including process improvements to ensure data cleanliness.
Responsibilities:What you will be doing
- Manages and provides technical support for JAMS Cloud Based Client Portal.
- Manages and provides technical and content support for JAMS website.
- Coordinates the execution of new digital platform features across web, as well as future platforms. Takes part in overall platform updates including user acceptance testing of the website, mobile, and content management system enhancements.
- Reviews all analytics and creates the digital performance reports for the platforms.
- Updates digital content on JAMS Cloud Based Client Portal and JAMS website. Analyzes data and share insights from web analytics and customer feedback channels to help identify opportunities and enhancements that drive business growth.
- Troubleshoots data problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with CMS Platforms such as WordPress, Adobe, HubSpot, Joomla, WooCommerce, Drupal, or Wix.. Required
- 3-5 years of experience working with various web cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or Blogger) and CRM Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce, or Insightly). Required
- 4-6 years of working in an IT environment with hands-on work experience in IT problem solving, project management support, and/or business operational support. Preferred
- 4-6 years of understanding HTML and comfortable with content development and creation. Preferred
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills when speaking to colleagues and clients. (Required)
- Ability to improve the user experience of the Client Portal and other client facing systems. (Required)
- Self-starter with the ability to seek out new problems and develop solutions while having sense of ownership. (Required)
- Ability to collaborate with in-person and remote teams (both technical and non-technical). (Required)
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. (Required)
- Naturally curious and passionate about learning. (Required)
- Writing, research, and analysis skills. (Required)
- Ability to set priorities, utilize good judgment, and manage several projects. (Required)
- Microsoft Office applications skills including MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Excel. (Required)
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and communicate recommendation(s) to resolve issue(s). (Required)
- Customer service and inter-department outreach ability. (Required)
- High standard of quality, organization, and the initiative to complete tasks independently. (Required)
- Understanding of how to create a platform for business growth with a keen eye on systems, processes, and their impacts on the people in an organization. (Required)
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and productively engage staff from various departments. (Required)

Pay: $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 per year
