Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our team of Health Insurance Sales Representatives and ensure the smooth operation of our office. As an integral part of our organization, the Office Manager will be responsible for supervising sales staff, managing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Health Insurance Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Coordinate sales activities, including training sessions, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and inventory management.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
- Take on sales production responsibilities for the first 6 months until the team is fully staffed and operational.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
