We are a medium-sized highly diversified golf cart, bicycle and scooter rental, sales and service business serving the Outer Banks in Currituck and Dare counties in NC. The office manager/bookkeeper fills many roles in the company’s management. Responsibilities include general office management, basic data entry in Quickbooks, management of online order reservation system, customer service (telephone, emails, etc).
Applicants should have at least 3 years of office manager/bookkeeping experience, experience with Quickbooks, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), computer proficiency, excellent communication and organizational skills, general office management experience, and experience in customer service. Experience with online marketing and social media is a strong plus. Familiarity with the seasonality of the Outer Banks is also desired. This is a year-round position averaging 40 hours/week, with the potential for slightly higher hours in the main tourist season (May-August) and lower in the off-season (September-April). This position requires 5 days/week, but specific hours are flexible with the possibility of some work from home. Competitive hourly wage and benefits based on experience.
