The Associate Director, New Product Development will play a critical role in shaping and executing an integrated launch strategy for the Immunology pipeline asset JNJ-2113, a Targeted Oral Peptide IL-23R in P3 development for Psoriatic Disease.
- Pre-Launch Customer Engagement – Partner with medical affairs and marketing to facilitate advisory boards and executive encounters to generate actionable insights for the development of US launch strategy.
- Disease State Awareness - Develop unbranded, pre-launch messaging & resource development to drive awareness of patient unmet needs in psoriatic disease.
- Explore New Capabilities - Explore the legal viability, operational feasibility & financial sustainability of innovative, new capabilities to enhance customer experience & enable patient access on day 1 of launch.

This position reports to the Director, New Product Development.
Expected base compensation for this role: $118,000 - $203,550.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of business experience; at least 3 years of successful & progressive marketing experience
- Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives
- Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
- Excellent communication & project management skills
- Operates with integrity & respect
- Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including regulatory, legal, and healthcare compliance requirements
- Immunology experience preferred
