The Role:
As District Manager (SoCal), you'll drive results and oversee store operations within your district. Reporting to the V.P. of stores, you'll develop and lead a team of managers, fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing productivity, and achieving profitability. Plus, you'll play a key role in building our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a diverse team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Drive sales performance and exceed targets through innovative strategies.
- Ensure a great customer experience by engaging with customers and building relationships within the community.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, loss prevention, and visual presentation.
- Monitor and engage with social media posts, guiding and inspiring as needed.
- Drive additional revenue in stores and build customer loyalty through monthly events.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 7 years of retail management experience, including 3 years in district management.
- Resides in the Los Angeles Market and able to travel locally up to 80% of the time.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a consultative selling culture.
- Basic video and social media posting skills.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of talent development and team leadership.
- Innovative, proactive, and hands-on approach to business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.
