Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electric, is seeking self-motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service Account Manager for employment. Come and join the area's premier Heating and Air Conditioning contractor!
The Account Manager will act as the liaison / main point of contact between Tech Support Staff and Field Employees for its Customers.
Earning Potential 60K-100K
Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound calls daily from Customers and Field Employees
-
Be a committed team player with the ability to function both independently and as part of a team.

Source New Sales opportunities through inbound and outbound lead follow-up
-
Ability to utilize ERP / CRM platforms simultaneously.

Support our Dispatch Team and Tech Support Staff
- Appointment Setting with Commission Opportunities
Qualifications
-
Phone experience (not required, but beneficial)
-
Be a CLOSER with an aggressive drive for Sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong listening and presentation skills
-
Proficiency in the operation of computers and MS applications
-
Proven inside sales / customer service experience
-
Strong phone presence and experience dialing out to customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
