We are seeking a Front Desk Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient service, dental front desk operations. Knowledge of DENTRIX software is a plus.
A dental front desk leader, is responsible for the daily operations of a dental practice's front office and the staff who work there. The front desk is the first point of contact for patients, so it's important to ensure the area runs smoothly. A dental front desk leader's responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients: Make patients feel welcome
- Answering phones: Be courteous and take messages
- Scheduling appointments: Coordinate with patient needs and available treatment times
- Preparing patient charts: Maintain patient records and accounts
- Advising patients: Inform patients of office policies, payment options, and dental benefits. Treatment Planning and treatment presentation.
- Processing payments: Calculate fees, coordinate financial agreements, and accept cash and credit card transactions
- Training staff: Ensure staff provide excellent customer service and can handle challenging situations
- Ordering supplies: Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed
- Maintaining the front desk: Keep the area clean and welcoming
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
