The Document Control Manager will develop clear-written materials to support product development activities such as operations, maintenance or repair manuals, tutorials, specifications and help systems. Interview technical staff to collect product information and specifications. Collect and organize technical information and product images and coordinates layout for publication. Adhere to agreed terminology, style and editorial quality standards. Oversees configuration management (CM) activities for new product development and production programs. Supervises CM team and ensures CM policies, procedures represent best practices, are up -to-date and observed throughout the organization. Owns the change control processes and tools such as Windchill and their interaction with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/IFS. Collects and controls released product information and specification.
Major Position Responsibilities:
- Supervises day-to-day document and record control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets.

Executes and enforces security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents.

Evaluates media formats and recommends storage requirements to protect and secure records/information.

Manages access and control procedures to comply with requirements for varying levels of security classifications specified by the governing authority.

Maintains auditing, monitoring, and change control systems to ensure document integrity, quality, and version control.

Leads and manages the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Required Education: Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major: Quality or Business Administration preferred
- Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant function with 2-4 years’ experience in a management position

Pay Range (USD): 72/k-135/k Additional Compensation: Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.
