Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues that may have with their services. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and services via phone and chat
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their service
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the systems
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
