GLOBAL FPO, a leading provider of outsourcing solutions, seeks a versatile and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Mailroom Clerk/Receptionist. This position involves overseeing mailroom operations and providing crucial support at the front desk.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and promptly distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers and couriers as needed.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of office supplies for efficient mailroom operations.
- Assist with special projects and tasks related to mail handling as assigned.
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive initial impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries received via phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage meters.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Discretion in handling confidential information is essential.

Pay: $26.92 - $28.34 per hour
