Seeking an Architect to support a long-term contract with the Federal Government.
Required qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture or design
- Minimum of 8 years architectural project experience.
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal and external resources, to include senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Ability to navigate complex situations requiring diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and judgement
- Well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management and technical project resolution
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with design/construction of Federal government space
In this position, you will act as the Government owner’s technical representative to advise on design and construction of new and existing buildings on the DHS Headquarters campus. You will be part of a team of Federal employees and contractors. Telework is not guaranteed, but this position currently allows for up to 50% telework once acclimated to the team and tasks.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
