Position: Functional Family Therapist
Seeking therapists to assist at-risk youth and their families with overcoming behavioral challenges using an evidence-based clinical approach that emphasizes individualized treatment to fit the specific needs of each family!
What does an FFT Therapist do?
-
Engage youth and families who are impacted by mental health and delinquent behaviors using the evidence-based Family Functional Therapy (FFT) model
-
Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth
-
Helping change ineffective patterns within the family by increasing positive communication and healthy family dynamics
-
Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct
-
Supporting adolescent clients who may experience mental health issues and display delinquent and/or substance misusing behavior with navigating a variety of systemic pressures
This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro and surrounding areas.

Salary:
- Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $57,000
- Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $60,000
- Starting Bilingual: $62,000-$65,000
- ** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field

DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC, NLC
-
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination record
