Duties include, but not limited to:
- Oversee food and beverage operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently met
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, and hospitality management
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets effectively
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
