Reports to: General Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for booking and confirming birthday parties and events.
- Working alongside the General Manager to create a strategy to increase revenue through events and promotions while leveraging the Sky Zone brand.
- Assist the General Manager with generating new business, coordinating monthly and annual sales goals and creating a realistic plan to maximize revenue of the park.
- Under the General Manager’s discretion, the Event Coordinator will handle donations and local outreach programs to further improve the Sky Zone brand.
- Understanding or willingness to learn the local market and establish relationships with local schools, churches, and businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Communicate frequently with the General Manager regarding schedules, events and expectations.
- Answering/Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner to best assist our guests
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Experience in event planning is preferred
- Experience in sales in is preferred
- Must be able to work some nights and weekends when needed
- Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with guests, clients and management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
