```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for administrative department responsibilities, creating content, coordinating meetings and events, managing databases invoices and expenses, and internal and external communications with vendors and customers.
```Duties:```
-· Work directly and collaboratively in planning and executing events including training classes, meetings, and retail events.
· Develop marketing material to advertise and promote training and events.
· Manage all administrative support and setup events. Conduct venue searches, negotiate contracts and oversee all event coordination and communications.
· Create and develop event materials, including press releases, online registrations, flyers, invitations, and other event/project forms and materials.
· Manage market surveys and reporting.
· Oversee, track, and report on marketing and operations expenditures. Review and process invoices.
· Process service orders, package contractual approvals, and write approval memos for new signage requests.
· Coordinate weekly meetings, sending invites, setting agendas, taking notes, and follow-
ups.
· Point of contact for vendors and maintain vendor contact information.
· Assist with onboarding new employees
· Manage the Marketing Help Desk and retail inboxes.
· Digital update to monthly graphics, flyers, and media communications.
· Assist with content for website.
· Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
```Qualifications:```
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
One to three years Marketing experience
· Strong communication skills
· Detail and deadline-oriented with a proactive approach to all projects.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
· Highly efficient in Microsoft Office
· Proficient or ability to learn new software such as Adobe InDesign and CanvaAbility to travel to properties and venues to provide onsite meeting and event support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
