We are seeking Care Coordinator Assistants to join our family-owned and operated team immediately!
We are looking for someone that is willing to do Caregiving part-time and work their way into a full-time office position.
We would LOVE someone with a mix of office and caregiving experience, but we are willing to train one or the other. If you have office experience, we can train the caregiving side. If you have caregiving experience, we can train the office side!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

Care Coordinator Assistant Qualifications:
-
Must have caregiving experience
-
Office/Administrative experience preferred.

Advanced computer skills
-
Experience using an electronic scheduling system
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent listening, personal and soft skills.

Ability to multitask and re-prioritize
-
Ability to recognize and understand quality service

Ability to calmly evaluate escalated staffing situation

Ability to appropriately deal with a variety of personalities

Willingness to do on-call support after hours
-
Willingness to take a pre-employment background check
Care Coordinator Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage caregiver and clients shift schedules
-
Perform caregiver orientations
-
Perform meet and greets with clients and their caregivers

Perform personal interviews
-
Evaluate employee performance
-
Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming emails
