Who we are: Madisonville Christmas Company is an 11-acre year-round destination for all things Christmas. Our site in Madisonville, Texas features curated Christmas designs and gifts, an outdoor pavilion with lawn, Café 12/25, The Mantel sports lounge, and a food truck.
We recently have expanded our warehouse to a location in Spring, Texas and will be hiring warehouse associates to handle day-to-day operations. We operate with passion and energy, aiming to create a welcoming and unique environment for our team and guests.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is promptly and efficiently made available to Madisonville Christmas Company in excellent condition. You are responsible for a range of tasks to fulfill this responsibility, including:
- Loading and offloading incoming pallets from trucks.
- Carefully unpacking and inspecting new merchandise for any damage or flaws.
- Scanning items to accurately update the inventory system.
- Generating and attaching price tags or labels to the merchandise.
- Organizing inventory in designated storage areas within the storeroom or warehouse.
- Stocking shelves and racks with newly received products.
- Returning misplaced products to their appropriate locations.
- Properly disposing of empty boxes, packaging materials, and pallets.
Your attention to detail and efficient execution of these tasks will contribute to a well-maintained inventory system and ensure that our customers have access to products in excellent condition.

- Passion for excellent service and teamwork.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Forklift experience, if no previous experience training will be provided.
- Ability to work part-time or full-time, flexible schedule, including early morning, nights and weekends may be required during peak business.
- Knowledge of inventory systems.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend/ stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk for the entire shift.
- Adherence to dress code and policies in the handbook.
