Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Administrative tasks: maintaining employee files both digital and physical, updating databases, and preparing/distributing HR documents
· Employee lifecycle: scheduling interview, conducting phone screenings, coordinating background checks and drug testing, preparing job offer letters
· Onboarding: facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including sending scheduled emails, new hire paperwork, and orientation
· Employee relations: guiding employees on HR policies and procedures, and helping employees with issues
· Benefits: overseeing employee benefits administration and processing
· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
· Payroll: Helping with payroll processing as needed
· Diversity and inclusion: Championing MAS’ diversity and inclusion initiatives

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
