This position offers an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual looking to bring a strong skill set in fleet and project management, who can help oversee the efficiency and safety of our supply chain and terminal operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help oversee the management of rail cars, including KPIs, dashboard, and optimization program
- Responsible for extracting and transforming data from internal and external databases and software
- Conduct modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, business case development, and other financial and operational analysis
- Assist with the development and execution of fleet car management and preventive maintenance program
- Participate in and oversee projects from inception to completion, serving as both initiator and executor across key business lines
- Actively participate in process development to monitor and track costs associated with the railcar fleet
- Support the execution of various terminal Preventive Maintenance projects, especially by overseeing contractor relationships, budgets, and execution timelines
- Prepare monthly reports and semiannual reviews for business partners
- Execute special projects as directed by senior management
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience, with operations and/or project management experience a plus
- A team player with the ability and understanding of how to operate in a dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to take initiative
- Available for business travel throughout US and Canada
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel abilities
- Ability to perform data warehousing, bridging, and clean-up
- Advanced knowledge of EPI and EDI
- Experience with SQL or DAX a plus
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, a plus
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, MS Azure, and MS Fabric, a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
