We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across various platforms to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to effectively communicate our brand message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop, design, and produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Create content calendars and align content with marketing goals and campaigns.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
- Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- SEO and Website Management:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring it is current, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to track and report on the performance of digital media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform and refine digital marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Job Type: Part-time
