Position
As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be responsible for the timely processing of service requests from our clients and their customers, as well as special projects and assignments as needed in support of the account management team. You will work closely with the Account Management team to assist with and learn the duties and responsibilities of the Account Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming service requests in a timely manner.
- File documents using established processes and procedures.
- Create spreadsheets, letters, forms, and other documents.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and e-mails.
- Provide administrative support to the account management team.
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct phone inquiries to appropriate staff members.

Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer technology.
- Interpersonal communication skills, capable of high volumes of communication streams to keep good working relationships with coworkers, clients, markets, and vendors.
- One year minimum office experience preferred
Schedule: Monday– Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
