QUALIFICATIONS:
1. This position requires at least three years of professional experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Ability to use appropriate statistical measures to monitor and identify trends in quality reports.
4. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
5. Must be a problem solver and a facilitator.
6. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to multi-task.
Must be able to display documentation of prior achievements in technical writing and presentation
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible for reporting the level of quality achieved by production.
2. Facilitates the identification of those areas, which are in need of quality breakthroughs.
3. Works with all levels of the organization to propagate the company’s quality goals.
4. Directs the use of quality tools to check for conformance to standards and requirements.
5. Directs Quality Control activities to inspect and report the status of conformance in material.
6. Maintains an updated education on Quality Assurance Management and general management.
8. Assist in development of quality training curriculum.
9. Other tasks as assigned by QA Manager.
