Qualifications
- Actively guide and support customers through Anglia new home buying process
- Establish and meet monthly sales and closing goals
- Understand all stages of home construction process, differences in plans, elevations and knowledge of available options and materials Anglia uses in home construction
- Regularly use and update competition market study in the area to insure superior knowledge of competitor’s product and incentives they offer
- Maintain Realtor relationships in the market area and generate consistent Realtor traffic in assigned community
- Generate traffic from marketing renderings distribution to local merchants, corporations, former and current home buyers, customer referral program and other tools provided by Anglia
- Ability to work consistently, including weekends and to provide customer service after hours as necessary
- Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, HOA and other fees associated with homeownership
- Communicate properly, to appropriate departments, any customer requests for information or service

- Report to the Office/Community daily to adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers, higher-level manager, and others as needed
- Must be able to effectively communicate with office staff, field personnel, vendors, and sub-contractors
- Must have ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to special tasks
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to move around work environment including construction sites and stairs
