- Minimum of two years leadership experience

Core responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership to front desk team
- Answer phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary
- Greet patients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a neat and orderly office
- Skin care sales
- Reporting front desk metrics, new lead reports and KPI's
