The successful candidate will be responsible for prepping and cooking our famous hand pulled and knife shaved noodles according to the restaurant's standards, as well as ensuring that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Comply with all food safety regulations.
- Assist other staff members in prepping ingredients for dishes.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with upper body strength
- SNHD Health Card
Compensation and additional information:
- $14/hr training base pay
- Fully Onboard $15-$21/hr (Including Tips)
- Bi-weekly paycheck
- 35-40 hours a week guaranteed
