Position Overview:
Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, particularly in boilers and chillers? Atlantis is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Account Manager/Sales expert to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy mechanical trade industry, with a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions.
- Promote and sell our range of HVAC products and services, focusing on boilers and chillers.
- Utilize your heavy background in sales to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize your expertise in preventative maintenance contract agreements to offer comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, benefiting from our uncapped commission bonus structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the heavy mechanical trade industry, specifically in HVAC, boilers, and chillers.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
