**Duties:**

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support office management by organizing files and documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Conduct basic computerized tasks such as transcribing notes or updating databases
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience in project coordination or event planning is advantageous
