In the heart of West Los Angeles, California, our esteemed mental health residential treatment program boasts a cozy 6-bed facility. Our clientele typically presents with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, delusional disorders, and bipolar disorder. Please note, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all residents, therefore, individuals exhibiting violent behavior or actively experiencing psychosis are not admitted into our program.
We are actively sourcing a combined role of Program Director / Clinical Director with extensive experience operating a mental health residential treatment program, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions. In addition, deep knowledge regarding DSS/CCL, DHCS, and Joint Commission compliance standards is a requirement. Need to have been licensed for at least 2 years and have experience as a primary therapist. Previous director of a residential mental health or SUD treatment program is a requirement.
Successful applicants will have previous experience as a Program Director / Clinical Director / LMFT or LCSW or PsyD of a mental health residential treatment program.
You must be able to work independently and be a problem solver. You will be given a high degree of autonomy to perform your job.
Job duties are:
1. Be available to receive calls in case of crises or staff questions. Calls after 6:00 p.m. are rare
2. In the event of a crisis, being on-site will be required
3. Oversee staff and performance
4. Maintain patient satisfaction and prevent non-completion of the program
5. Interview, hire, and train direct support staff
6. Work with the medical director to develop client schedules
7. Ensure the safety of all clients
8. To sustain client and staff morale
9. To coordinate with HR the onboarding of new staff and termination of under-performing staff
10. Ensure compliance with DSS/CCL, DHCS, and Joint Commission regulations
11. Supervise associate therapits (AMFT, ACSW)
12. facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
13. You will audit charts for quality

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
