Horne CDJR is looking for lube technicians, Mainline and Certified Stellantis-Level 3 Automotive Technician to join our team in Safford, AZ.
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles. You will be working on all types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans. A typical day as an Automotive Technician begins with setting up shop repairs and completing vehicle inspections. You will be using diagnostic tools to identify issues with vehicles and determine the best course of repairs to take. You will use repair manuals to perform regular maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general vehicle repairs, including engine and transmission installations, brake repairs, electrical work, suspension repairs, and cosmetic work.
- Maintain repair records in a timely manner.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend additional repairs as needed.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to determine the cause of vehicle issues.
- Provide maintenance information to customers in a timely manner.
- Test drive vehicles prior to completion of work to ensure that all vehicles are complete and functional.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Stellantis Certification
- Level 3 Technician Experience
- ASE Certifications
- Strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Proficiency in working with transmissions and electrical systems
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for vehicle maintenance
- Experience with dealership operations and ADAS technology
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair and automotive electrical systems
- Ability to perform alignments and auto body repairs
- Excellent customer service skills and familiarity with CDJR vehicles
- Welding experience and maintenance expertise
- Dealership Experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and maintain professional demeanor in all situations.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Ability to follow directions and perform assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
