Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist in all systems for clients, agents, management and back office support to improve productivity
- Assist in Coordinating events and client activities to promote our company & real estate exposure
- Create flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Assist in social media to improve company exposure
- Act as a liaison between clients and agents for optimum proficiency
- Manage phone handling, emails, & walk-ins
- Provide concierge level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer experience
- Keep clean and tidy office environment
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Some college experience preferred but not required
- Some weekend and evening hours are required
- Tech Savoy – MS (Word, Excel, PP), Adobe, Photoshop, iMovie, Illustrator, etc.
- Customer service or administrative experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be willing to learn
- Flexible schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
