Who We’re Looking For:
We have an immediate opportunity for a General Manager. The individual will direct and oversee all operations activities across the production, materials, and engineering teams. Additionally, responsibilities include creating the annual business plans and improving the management system and organizational structure of the site, as well as presiding over the daily management to achieve the established targets.

Requirements:
Job Functions/Requirements: General Manager

Formulate the annual business objectives and business plans of the company according to the strategic objectives proposed by the board of directors, organize and implement actions determined by the executives, (may attend Board of Directors meetings as needed.)

Formulate the site’s internal management organization setup plan and basic management system, review and approve the company's rules and regulations, and evaluate the standardization and effectiveness of the company's internal management.

Guide the completion of production tasks, coordinate the resources of various departments, and promote the achievement of annual goals.

Guide the development and implementation of all kinds of work of the Engineering operations Department, support the technical development route of the company, and guide the development and implementation of related work of the quality management system.

Create and manage the annual financial budget plan of the company, examine, and approve the non-budgetary financial expenditures. Manage and Analyze the P&L revenue, costs, and financial targets. Oversee reporting, auditing, and planning.

Partner with human resources on planning to ensure the realization of the company's strategic objectives. Assist with staff recruitment as needed. Review and approve staff recruitment and dismissal reports. Organize and approve training development, performance appraisal and salary management. Evaluate performance and productivity of personnel.

Establish smooth communication channels across the site and customers, suppliers, partners, regulatory agencies, marketing, and other external organizations.

Participate in major business, foreign affairs, or other important activities on behalf of the company, establish a good corporate image and promote the company culture.

Oversee daily business and plant operations and facilities management.

Research and identify process and operations improvement opportunities.

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

Contribute to fostering a company culture that encourages high performance and morale.

Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills You Need:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One (1) to five (5) years of Technology and Manufacturing experience; optics and photonics is a plus.

Ten (10) years’ work experience in business management, at least 5 Years work experience in enterprise management
