General Description
Provide administrative support to the Central Office on all personnel, payroll, finance, operations and day to day general office functions.
Provide support to the Human Resource Department on all personnel, employment, Human Resources operations and day to day general office functions.
*Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette as well as knowledge of computers and general accounting software.
- Be able to type 35 wpm, and have knowledge of standard office equipment and procedures.
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
- Must have skills in working cooperatively with other professionals and have the ability to organize and carry out responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in a wide variety of circumstances, both verbally and in writing,

Duties Specific duties are assigned at the discretion of the Director of Operations, Central Office Administrator and Director of Human Resources and may be adjusted to meet the needs of the company and the expertise of personnel available.
Administrative Support
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies for the Business Office and office supplies for the facility.
- Assist Director of Operations, Central Office Administrator as necessary with appointments, letters, purchasing, etc.
- Perform required filing as needed.
- Type memos, letters and answer correspondence for the administrative staff as necessary and as directed by the Director of Operations, Central Office Administrator.
- Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining payroll records according to state requirements and assist with the completion of semi-monthly payroll for facilities.
- Purchase office supplies, major medical and facility equipment using 3+ vendors per category.
- Assist with the running and completion of out of office errands when requested.
- Inform the Central Office Administrator when leaving the office.
- These and other duties as assigned.
