Sales Representative Requirements:
* Active Insurance Producer License (Or willing to get licensed, we will train and pay for all licensing if needed)
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, telemarketing) preferred
* Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills
* Need to be a disciplined self-starter
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated to accomplish tasks on your own
* Work well as part of a team both within the department and agency
Based on the systems, technologies, and resources provided, our average agent will earn around $100,000.00 in annual income within their first 3 years. By the end of 5 years, average annual earnings should exceed $150,000.00. In addition, our agents have zero overhead, operating expenses, nor cost of staff and office space. All necessary resources are provided by us! Sound too good to be true? It isn't!!
