We're seeking two Supervisors to manage the areas of MRI/Urgent Care & Rehab.
Job Function:
Both full-time, exempt positions oversee the daily operations of admissions. One Supervisor oversees Urgent Care and MRI services, and the other Supervisor oversees four Rehab Clinic locations. These services are a large part of the daily operations of the Hospital. As the Supervisor, you are responsible for covering and or providing coverage for staff. For Urgent care and MRI services, the Supervisor must be available between the hours of 6:15am and 7:30/8:00pm Monday-Friday and available weekends from 7:15am to 4:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am-4:00pm on Sundays. Typical Supervisor schedule for Urgent care and MRI is Mondays-Fridays; 8:00am/9:00am-5:00pm/6:00pm and work at least one weekend per month. For Rehab services, the Supervisor must be available between 6:00am and 6:00pm Monday- Friday and provide weekend coverage in UC/MRI as needed. Typical Rehab Supervisor schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train staff to provide exceptional customer service as the staff on the front line creates the first impression of the Hospital.
- Evaluate and counsel staff.
- Resolve customer service issues, processes, outcomes, answering questions, and providing guidance and training.
- Communicate and work cooperatively with other department staff of the Hospital and clinics.
- Payroll processing.
- Provide reports/spreadsheets to Director as applicable and track various stats/data for proper handling, resolution, and reporting purposes.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and customer service skills and respect for confidentiality
- Must be able to multi-task and possess strong attention to detail
- Basic level of computer skills required
